My formal education is in BA Psychology and MEd in Health Promotion. I have a background in health coaching, nutrition and fitness, stress management, and hormone balancing. I have additional training in advanced yoga teacher training and Quantum Biology, which I use to help people adopt health-promoting lifestyle habits. I learned much o
My formal education is in BA Psychology and MEd in Health Promotion. I have a background in health coaching, nutrition and fitness, stress management, and hormone balancing. I have additional training in advanced yoga teacher training and Quantum Biology, which I use to help people adopt health-promoting lifestyle habits. I learned much of what I teach from personal experience and working with many people. I often work with people who have IBD as well after having a 7-year about with ulcerative colitis, learning to heal and remaining disease-free for six years and counting. I have learned that what it takes to health IBD also applies to most other health problems and can be leveraged for various things.

Either way, I will give you the time and attention needed to discuss your concerns and offer health education you can use immediately. Book time with me will help me identify what foods, lifestyle habits, and beliefs might stand in the way of health and how to move past them. In our sessions, we will focus on what is important to YOU, daily actions that can move you in the right direction, and help you understand what NOT to do. The choices you make every day can make or break your health, but it is all within your control.
